I am writing to express my dismay at the service at your online store . On December 15, 2020 I visited your website and ordered denim dress . Your online store was recommended by my friend because she had always bought a high quality things at affordable prices and fast delivery. According to your website , delivery would take five days , however, it took two weeks. I had sent a few messages to ask you about my purchase but you didn’t answer me . Secondly , it is not the size that I had chosen. This dress is too big for me . I ordered size S , but you sent me size M . Therefore , we are expecting a letter with explanation and certainly refund as compensation for all there misunderstandings.
